Tots Tennis
Mondays 12:30 - 13:00, Fridays 3:30 - 4:30
Tots is for children aged 3 to 5 years old and enables them to learn the basics and how to enjoy the game through a series of fun activities, based on the fundamental areas of balance, co-ordination, agility, movement and racket and ball skills.
 
Mini Tennis Red
Mondays 4:30 - 5:30, Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00, Fridays 3:30 - 4:30, Sundays 9:00 - 10:00
For children aged 5 to 8. Children learn how to rally, serve and come to the net. We focus on teaching the rules of tennis, how to score and understanding the importance of fair play
 
Mini Tennis Orange
Mondays 4:30 - 5:30, Tuesdays 4:15 - 5:30, Thursdays 4:15 - 5:15, Fridays 4:30 - 5:30, Sundays 10:00 - 11:00
For children aged 8 to 9. At this stage players learn to develop longer shapes on a bigger court which is 18m in length and 6.5m in width. Competition includes longer matches.
 
Mini Tennis Green
Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00, Thursdays 5:15 - 6:30, Fridays 4:30-5:30, Saturdays 12:00 - 1:00
For children aged 9 to 10. Mini Tennis Green is played on a full size tennis court, with bigger rackets and balls which are a little softer than yellow balls. It’s the next stage before moving on to full compression yellow balls on a full sized court and helps players develop and improve all aspects of their game.
 
Teen Tennis
Mondays 4:30 - 5:30, Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:00, Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30, Fridays 5:30 - 7:00, Saturdays 9:00 - 10:30
For children aged 11 and over who can now play on a full size court with normal tennis balls. Children develop tactical awareness and develop more advanced shot techniques by learning to control the ball with different spins.
 
Hotshots Performance Squads (Invitation only)
Squad 1 Mondays 5:30 -7:00, Squad 2 Saturdays 10:30 - 12:00, Squad 3 Wednesdays 6:00 – 7:30
These squads are for players who are starting to compete and play tennis outside of sessions. These players have demonstrated a commitment to tennis and play at least twice a week. Technique is learned through game based tactical drills and match play.
